#4 Weight Update

I haven't written anything like this in a while because of two things. I failed on my weight goal and am slowly rallying up to meet it towards my deadline.

From my current weight on my last entry I was 215 lbs, I went up to 217 and dropped to 212 recently. This still is not what I want.

I told myself that I will be start to take Alli (the new stronger anti-fat-drug) if i dont see definite results by October. I've been hearing great things from my friend about this.

3 weeks ago though I have been doing these several things...
... eat vegetables in any form at night instead of rice
... trying to have excercise 3 times a week
... eating fruit at least once minimum per day

Today i will be going to the gym after work to tear a hole on my gutt. I will try to post further developments as soon as i see results or what not.
