The Initiative #3: Out of my element

For the past week i have been out of my element. I haven't been going to the gym. I feel sluggish as always and my belly keeps on getting bigger and bigger. It feels like im turning into a Shrek myself.

On the other hand, our van will not be a van. We have decided to get a CX-9.
Its a 7 passenger CUV(Cross-over Utility Vehicle). Nice interior, great leg room for all rows. Nice color also, where thinking Black Cherry. It looks like its black from afar but cherry red when you get close to it. I love the tech inside it.

I also discovered a great brown rice alternative. Its called Quinoa(Kin-wa). Big-ups to my sister on telling me all about it. Its not as dry as brown rice not to mention it has some noodle elements to it.

I plan to eat low and work hard.... hopefully i get my groove back because i have around 4 months left to lose 20++. I am currently 215lbs.

For anybody reading this can you give me tips on losing weight and no 3 day diets... if anybody is reading this?

Oh well NAN KU RU NAISA (it will all workout).
